Eddy Street Commons is a planned mixed-use development located adjacent to the University of Notre Dame campus in South Bend, IN. Kite Realty Group was selected by the University to develop this high profile and unique project. By working closely with university representatives and community officials, Kite Realty Group is designing and developing a high quality project that will be a showcase for both Notre Dame and South Bend.
